Instead, we recommend discussing food requirements upon arrival to ensure freshness and quality. The meal options below are a sample of dishes prepared by our chefs. Our chefs, servers, and housekeepers can cater to every request, focusing on meal options, presentation, and timing. This approach allows guests to personalize their dining experience on-site, accommodating dietary needs and preferences.
We emphasize direct communication with our villa staff to manage food allergies, sensitivities, and preferences effectively. This ensures a safe and enjoyable stay, especially for guests unfamiliar with local food labeling.

One Dozen Tamales. Tamales are a traditional Mexican dish made with a corn-based dough mixture that is filled with your choice. Tamales are wrapped and cooked in corn husks. Served with pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole and rice.

Charcuterie Board features goat cheese, brie, blue cheese, feta, olives, almonds, fresh seasonal fruit with a choice of fresh bread or crackers. Add prosciutto, smoked salmon, salami or pepperoni.
